Before you come

Questions people ask before visiting

The things people ring up to ask, answered here so you do not have to.

Can I just walk in, or do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are seen when the schedule allows, but booking ahead means less waiting, especially in the evening slots.

What does a first visit cost?

The first consultation is charged separately from follow-up visits. If your situation changes between visits, ask at the desk before you are seen so there are no surprises.

Can the doctor help if my child has put something in their nose or ear?

Yes. This comes up often and is handled calmly in the clinic, with the object removed and the child checked over before you leave.

Do you treat ear wax build-up?

Yes, ear wax removal is one of the most common things done here, done under the microscope and usually finished in one sitting.

Is there treatment for dust allergy or sinusitis that keeps coming back?

Yes. Allergic rhinosinusitis and dust allergy are treated here, including immunotherapy for patients who need an ongoing course rather than a one-off fix.

Is the clinic accessible if I use a wheelchair?

Yes, there is a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking and toilet on site.

Can I call with an urgent question after my visit?

Phones are answered when the doctor is free between patients. If you need something urgent and cannot get through, the best way is to come to the clinic during opening hours.
